purchase:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I understand that my Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.<\/li>\n<li>I understand that my Membership is no longer valid after its expiration date.<\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand that in order to cancel my Auto-Pay Membership, I need to send an email to<br \/>\n        <a href=\"mailto:info@dev.myyoga.nl\">info@dev.myyoga.nl<\/a> 2 weeks before my scheduled pay date and<br \/>\n        that all other forms of cancellation will not be accepted.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand this agreement shall continue on a monthly basis until cancelled in writing as<br \/>\n        mentioned below.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand that I am allowed to suspend my Membership 1 time per year for a maximum of 8<br \/>\n        weeks and shall do so in writing to<br \/>\n        <a href=\"mailto:info@dev.myyoga.nl\">info@dev.myyoga.nl<\/a> 2 weeks prior to the requested suspension<br \/>\n        time.\n    <\/li>\n<li>I understand the price of this membership is <strong>\u20ac120<\/strong> per month.<\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand that MyYoga has the right to increase the price of the contract by the CBS<br \/>\n        index 1 x per year in the month of January.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand that reservations for class must be made online in advance of attending a<br \/>\n        class.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand the late cancel policy; whereby if I cancel my class less than 4 hours before<br \/>\n        the class or do not show up in time (5 minutes BEFORE class starts) I will be charged the<br \/>\n        late fee of <strong>\u20ac5<\/strong>.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand that if my monthly payment is rejected by my bank for insufficient funds or<br \/>\n        making a refund booking without prior written consent from MyYoga to do so I will be charged<br \/>\n        a processing fee of <strong>\u20ac20<\/strong>.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand that my monthly payments will be deducted from the bank account (or credit<br \/>\n        card) for which I have given details. This payment will come from a \"payment processor\"<br \/>\n        which is not MyYoga but called Stripe Technology Europe Ltd. The name of MyYoga will be<br \/>\n        mentioned on the description of the payment.\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Monthly AutoPay Membership Agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n    <u>Description of Membership:<\/u> this is an unlimited monthly membership allowing you full use<br \/>\n    of our facilities and unlimited access up to any regularly scheduled classes at MyYoga. This<br \/>\n    membership shall commence on the selected starting date and shall continue on a monthly basis.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <u>Frequency of Payments<\/u> will be automatically charged monthly to the credit card or bank<br \/>\n    account (IBAN) you provide below on the day the agreement commences. Each monthly charge is<br \/>\n    billed in advance. No prior notice will be given. You will receive an email informing you when<br \/>\n    the charge has been made.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <u>Automatic Recurring Payment Failure:<\/u> If your automatic recurring payment is declined, for<br \/>\n    insufficient funds or by making a refund booking without prior written consent from MyYoga to do<br \/>\n    so you will be charged a <strong>\u20ac20<\/strong> processing fee.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <u>Cancellation of Automatic Recurring Payment:<\/u> You may cancel your membership at any time<br \/>\n    with a written notice by email <a href=\"mailto:info@dev.myyoga.nl\">info@dev.myyoga.nl<\/a> at least 2<br \/>\n    weeks prior to the next payment date. NOTE: Making a refund booking via your bank does not<br \/>\n    constitute cancelling your membership.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <u>Continuation of Automatic Recurring Payment:<\/u> The monthly payments will continue for as<br \/>\n    long as you stay on the membership. Only by following the cancellation rules will it cease.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <u>Changing Automatic Recurring Payment Method<\/u> If you would like to change your Automatic<br \/>\n    Recurring Payment, including, for example, making a change from one credit\/debit card that was<br \/>\n    initially selected to another credit\/debit card, you must authorize the recurring payment with<br \/>\n    the new credit\/debit card by notifying MyYoga in writing. Your new information will be<br \/>\n    implemented before your next billing cycle for your membership.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <u>Suspension of Automatic Recurring Payment<\/u> Suspension of your Automatic Recurring Payment<br \/>\n    will be allowed for medical reasons which preclude you from attending class for a minimum of one<br \/>\n    month or longer, which must be supported by a note from a physician showing date of<br \/>\n    injury\/illness and time not allowed to practice the physical activities we offer. Your<br \/>\n    membership will be suspended for the length of time specified, at which time your membership<br \/>\n    will be reactivated. This Agreement is non-transferable and non-refundable.\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>AGREEING TO THESE CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n    By providing my credit card \/ bank details (IBAN) information (\"Payment Method\"), I AGREE that I<br \/>\n    have read and understand this Automatic Recurring Payment Agreement. In addition, I authorize<br \/>\n    MyYoga to charge <strong>\u20ac120<\/strong> once every month to the specified Payment Method; and I<br \/>\n    authorize the financial institution for the Payment Method, specified below to charge my account<br \/>\n    and remit payment for membership to MyYoga. This authority will remain in effect until I give<br \/>\n    written notification, as required under this Agreement to terminate this authorization. I agree<br \/>\n    to the general terms and conditions as stated on the website<br \/>\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.myyoga.nl\/\">www.myyoga.nl<\/a>. Note: credit card \/ bank information is stored in a<br \/>\n    secure format on MindbodyOnline, whereby employees of MyYoga do not have full access to all<br \/>\n    numbers and details of your mentioned below.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand that I am allowed to suspend my Membership 1 time per year for a maximum of 8<br \/>\n        weeks and shall do so in writing to<br \/>\n        <a href=\"mailto:info@dev.myyoga.nl\">info@dev.myyoga.nl<\/a> 2 weeks prior to the requested suspension<br \/>\n        time.\n    <\/li>\n<li>I understand the price of this membership is <strong>\u20ac120<\/strong> per month.<\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand that MyYoga has the right to increase the price of the contract by the CBS<br \/>\n        index 1 x per year in the month of January.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand that reservations for class must be made online in advance of attending a<br \/>\n        class.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand the late cancel policy; whereby if I cancel my class less than 4 hours before<br \/>\n        the class or do not show up in time (5 minutes BEFORE class starts) I will be charged the<br \/>\n        late fee of <strong>\u20ac5<\/strong>.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand that if my monthly payment is rejected by my bank for insufficient funds or<br \/>\n        making a refund booking without prior written consent from MyYoga to do so I will be charged<br \/>\n        a processing fee of <strong>\u20ac20<\/strong>.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand that my monthly payments will be deducted from the bank account (or credit<br \/>\n        card) for which I have given details. This payment will come from a \"payment processor\"<br \/>\n        which is not MyYoga but called Stripe Technology Europe Ltd. The name of MyYoga will be<br \/>\n        mentioned on the description of the payment.\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Monthly AutoPay Membership Agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n    <u>Description of Membership:<\/u> this is an unlimited monthly membership allowing you full use<br \/>\n    of our facilities and unlimited access up to any regularly scheduled classes at MyYoga. This<br \/>\n    membership shall commence on the selected starting date and shall continue on a monthly basis.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <u>Frequency of Payments<\/u> will be automatically charged monthly to the credit card or bank<br \/>\n    account (IBAN) you provide below on the day the agreement commences. Each monthly charge is<br \/>\n    billed in advance. No prior notice will be given. You will receive an email informing you when<br \/>\n    the charge has been made.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <u>Automatic Recurring Payment Failure:<\/u> If your automatic recurring payment is declined, for<br \/>\n    insufficient funds or by making a refund booking without prior written consent from MyYoga to do<br \/>\n    so you will be charged a <strong>\u20ac20<\/strong> processing fee.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <u>Cancellation of Automatic Recurring Payment:<\/u> You may cancel your membership at any time<br \/>\n    with a written notice by email <a href=\"mailto:info@dev.myyoga.nl\">info@dev.myyoga.nl<\/a> at least 2<br \/>\n    weeks prior to the next payment date. NOTE: Making a refund booking via your bank does not<br \/>\n    constitute cancelling your membership.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <u>Continuation of Automatic Recurring Payment:<\/u> The monthly payments will continue for as<br \/>\n    long as you stay on the membership. Only by following the cancellation rules will it cease.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <u>Changing Automatic Recurring Payment Method<\/u> If you would like to change your Automatic<br \/>\n    Recurring Payment, including, for example, making a change from one credit\/debit card that was<br \/>\n    initially selected to another credit\/debit card, you must authorize the recurring payment with<br \/>\n    the new credit\/debit card by notifying MyYoga in writing. Your new information will be<br \/>\n    implemented before your next billing cycle for your membership.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <u>Suspension of Automatic Recurring Payment<\/u> Suspension of your Automatic Recurring Payment<br \/>\n    will be allowed for medical reasons which preclude you from attending class for a minimum of one<br \/>\n    month or longer, which must be supported by a note from a physician showing date of<br \/>\n    injury\/illness and time not allowed to practice the physical activities we offer. Your<br \/>\n    membership will be suspended for the length of time specified, at which time your membership<br \/>\n    will be reactivated. This Agreement is non-transferable and non-refundable.\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>AGREEING TO THESE CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n    By providing my credit card \/ bank details (IBAN) information (\"Payment Method\"), I AGREE that I<br \/>\n    have read and understand this Automatic Recurring Payment Agreement.
