Rules you agree to upon purchase:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I understand that my Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.<\/li>\n<li>I understand that my Membership is no longer valid after its expiration date.<\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand that in order to cancel my Auto-Pay Membership, I need to send an email<br \/>\n        to\u00a0info@dev.myyoga.nl\u00a01 week before my scheduled pay date and that all other forms of<br \/>\n        cancellation will not be accepted.\n    <\/li>\n<li>I understand that this membership price is \u20ac65 per 4 weeks (28 day).<\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand that I can use up the 4 lessons at any frequency I want during the 28 day<br \/>\n        period.\n    <\/li>\n<li>I understand that any used classes will not be carried forward.<\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand that I am allowed to suspend my Membership 1 time per year for a maximum of 8<br \/>\n        weeks and shall do so in writing to\u00a0info@dev.myyoga.nl\u00a01 week prior to the requested suspension<br \/>\n        time.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand this agreement is a recurring payment every 28 days until cancelled in writing<br \/>\n        as mentioned below.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand that MyYoga has the right to increase the price of the contract by the CBS<br \/>\n        index 1 x per year in the month of January.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand that reservations for class must be made online in advance of attending a<br \/>\n        class.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand the late cancel policy; whereby if I cancel my class less than 4 hours before<br \/>\n        the class or do not show up in time (5 minutes BEFORE class starts) I lose the lesson as if<br \/>\n        I had attended the class.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand that if my recurring payment is rejected by my bank for insufficient funds or<br \/>\n        making a refund booking without prior written consent from MyYoga to do so I will be charged<br \/>\n        a processing fee of\u00a0<b>\u20ac20.<\/b>\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        I understand that my recurring payments will be deducted from the bank account (or credit<br \/>\n        card) for which I have given details. This payment will come from a \u201cpayment processor\u201d<br \/>\n        which is not MyYoga but called Stripe Technology Europe Ltd. The name of MyYoga will be<br \/>\n        mentioned on the description of the payment.\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Monthly AutoPay Membership Agreement<\/b><br \/>\n<u>Description of Membership:\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n        This is a mini membership allowing you full use of our facilities with 4 classes every<br \/>\n        billed every 4 weeks by automatic payment.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        Each lesson allows full use of our facilities and access up to any regularly scheduled<br \/>\n        classes at MyYoga.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        This membership shall commence on the selected starting date and shall continue on a 4 week<br \/>\n        basis (28 days).\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Frequency of Payments<\/u>\u00a0will be automatically charged every 28 days to the credit card or<br \/>\nbank account (IBAN) provided below on the day the agreement commences. Each 4 weeks period is billed<br \/>\nin advance. No prior notice will be given. You will receive an email informing you when the charge<br \/>\nhas been made. <br \/><u>Automatic Recurring Payment Failure:<\/u>\u00a0If your automatic recurring payment<br \/>\nis declined, for insufficient funds or by making a refund booking without prior written consent from<br \/>\nMyYoga to do so you will be charged a\u00a0\u20ac20\u00a0processing fee. <br \/><u\n    >Cancellation of Automatic Recurring Payment:<\/u\n>\u00a0You may cancel your membership at any time with a written notice by email\u00a0info@dev.myyoga.nl\u00a0at least<br \/>\n1 week prior to the next payment date. NOTE: Making a refund booking via your bank does not<br \/>\nconstitute cancelling your membership. Continuation of Automatic Recurring Payment:\u00a0The monthly<br \/>\npayments will continue for as long as you stay on the membership. Only by following the cancellation<br \/>\nrules will it cease. <br \/><u>Changing Automatic Recurring Payment Method<\/u>\u00a0If you would like to<br \/>\nchange your Automatic Recurring Payment, including, for example, making a change from one<br \/>\ncredit\/debit card that was initially selected to another credit\/debit card, you must authorize the<br \/>\nrecurring payment with the new credit\/debit card by notifying MyYoga in writing. Your new<br \/>\ninformation will be implemented before your next billing cycle for your membership.<\/p>\n<p><b>AGREEING TO THESE CONDITIONS<\/b> By providing my credit card \/ bank details (IBAN)<br \/>\ninformation (\u201cPayment Method\u201d), I AGREE that I have read and understand this Automatic Recurring<br \/>\nPayment Agreement. In addition, I authorize MyYoga to charge\u00a0<b>\u20ac65\u00a0once every 4 weeks (28 days)<\/b><br \/>\nto the specified Payment Method; and I authorize the financial institution for the Payment Method,<br \/>\nspecified below to charge my account and remit payment for membership to MyYoga. The name of MyYoga will be<br \/>\n        mentioned on the description of the payment.\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Monthly AutoPay Membership Agreement<\/b><br \/>\n<u>Description of Membership:\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n        This is a mini membership allowing you full use of our facilities with 4 classes every<br \/>\n        billed every 4 weeks by automatic payment.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        Each lesson allows full use of our facilities and access up to any regularly scheduled<br \/>\n        classes at MyYoga.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        This membership shall commence on the selected starting date and shall continue on a 4 week<br \/>\n        basis (28 days).\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Frequency of Payments<\/u>\u00a0will be automatically charged every 28 days to the credit card or<br \/>\nbank account (IBAN) provided below on the day the agreement commences. Each 4 weeks period is billed<br \/>\nin advance. No prior notice will be given.
